KIDZ FOR A CURE 2010
In the three years of the event run by children at the Cancer Center of Santa Barbara, Kidz for a Cure has raised over $12,000.
The Newcats
The band, The Newcats, whose members are all under 18, entertained the crowd with their versions of some great hits (805-968-2773)
Mayor Helene Schneider
Santa Barbara Mayor, Helene Schneider, visited the children selling their wares and posed with Kidz for a Cure founder, Madison.
Face Painting
Children had their faces painted before hopping in the jumper and buying toys.
Toy sales
Kids from all across the area brought their gently-used toys and sold them at the city's largest kid-run rummage sale, all to raise funds to help fight cancer for other sick children.
T-Shirt Design
Children get to design next year's Kidz for a Cure t-shirt.
